Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were small but comfortable and clean, lacking shelving which was a bit inconvenient, and the floor was quite slippery. On the bright side, the room was spacious with essential amenities like air-conditioning, TV, and a well-stocked mini-bar. The service was exceptional, with the staff being friendly, professional, and very helpful, especially the woman managing breakfast. The location was pretty good, offering easy access to the Vatican and Via Del Corso, but navigating the streets and neighborhoods in Rome can be a bit challenging. The dining experience provided plentiful and delicious food options, although there could have been more variety. The facilities were satisfactory, meeting the basic needs of guests.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The room was quite small and far from the airport. Unfortunately, the night receptionist didn't speak English well, and the room was noisy with a broken toilet door. On the bright side, the location was excellent, close to the metro and buses, and the staff was extremely nice and welcoming. The breakfast experience was a bit lacking as I had to grab it myself in a hurry due to an early tour departure.
